Temporary Disruption in Coinbase Payments

Beginning today, for a very brief period, we have disabled the Coinbase payment gateway, while we update our system.

Coinbase has introduced a brand new merchant API, which we have been working to convert our system to, as we realize that this is a very popular payment method for our clients.

Users who have outstanding invoices and wish to pay in Bitcoin (BTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Ethereum (ETH) or other, may take advantage of the CoinPayments alternative. The payment process is not much different than with Coinbase, but could take slightly longer for confirmation.

While we are undergoing this maintenance, we will be happily offering all clients an additional 10% credit if paying with one of the supported cryptocurrencies with CoinPayments gateway.

If you are having any difficulties, please reach out to us via chat or ticket for assistance. We hope to restore the Coinbase payments very quickly and greatly appreciate your patience.

Sincerely,

Scott Claeys
